All CA's Personal Trainers are certified by nationally accredited certifying organizations. CA's Trainers keep up with the latest in health and fitness through professional training and internal and external continuing education programs.

2SAFETY

Proper form reduces the likelihood of injury. Our trainers are extremely conscientious of your safety and will instruct you on proper form/technique, and the use of all facility fitness equipment. If necessary, trainers will communicate with your doctor or therapist to follow their recommendations. All trainers are certified in CPR and the use of an Automatic External Defibrillator.

3TIME EFFICIENCY

Question - How often do I need a personal trainer?
Answer

The frequency of personal training depends on you and your goals. This will be decided by you and your trainer. Whatever your training needs, Columbia Association's Personal Trainers will provide the knowledge, guidance and motivation to help you achieve your goals.

Two levels of personal trainers to meet your needs
PROFESSIONAL TRAINER

Distinction is for a personal fitness trainer who holds a current nationally accredited certification.

ELITE TRAINER

Distinction is for a personal fitness trainer who qualifies as a Professional Personal Trainer and has achieved one or more advanced level fitness certifications. Elite trainers will also have at least 3 years of Personal Training experience. An elite trainer may also have at least a bachelors degree in an exercise science discipline.
