Hello, I am Judy Stephens, this is my husband George and we are here to talk about our personal training experience. We've been working out with Jacqueline Chaverini for 5 years now. She keeps our rutine varied, interesting and challenging. She's also worked with other family members, our daughter and grandaughter in the past. She also keeps track of our aches and injuries and modifies our rutine to treat those. As a result we always find ourselves in good shape and able to do whatever we want to do.
Hi my name is Marisa Montag and I've been working with my personal trainer for 7 months now. Melanie has helped me achieved goals that I could only dream on in the past. I just wish that I would have started with her a lot sooner. I've been able to loose inches and fit into clothes that I haven't seen in years. I also gained strenght in my upper body and overall toning which I can only thank Melanie for.
In February of this year 2009 I was 35 lbs. overweight, not motivated at all to exercise and had, what I think, was a very serious addiction to food. I started my personal training sessions with Melanie McKibbin and they have been wonderful. She's been endlessly encouraging, ultimately optimistic during the personal training sessions. She has gotten me to the point where I've lost 25 of those pounds and on an eating program that has helped me loose weight and maintain - giving me a lot more energy and huge amounts of motivation, which has been a really big key. I continue to do my personal training sessions with Melanie because I love her attitude, she always promotes safe use of the equipment and like I said before, she's always optimistic and enthusiastic. So I continue to do my personal training sessions with her, in the hopes of loosing the additional 10 lbs. that I wanted to loose, getting stronger and becoming a healthier person.
